This is a Goebel M.I. Hummel figuring "Just Resting". Introduced in 1938, this was sculpted by Reinhold Unger. Model #112

Depicts a young girl with a green and yellow outfit with red accents sitting on a wooden fence with a small basket and flowers at her feet.
